How to make 'Stir-fried Seaweed Stem' (Stir-fried Seaweed Stem)
Sometimes, when I make stir-fried seaweed stems, when I want to eat a simple meal while eating as a side dish, I put the leftover stir-fried seaweed stems and other side dishes and made it delicious even if I mix it with red pepper paste.(Big drink: based on rice spoon)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Prepare 153g of seaweed stem. (A pack of salted seaweed stems I bought at the mart is about 300g, but my family is two, so I made half of it so I can eat it twice.)
STEP 2/12
Put the seaweed stem in a bowl, shake off the salt with your hands, and rinse it three to four times while changing the water.
STEP 3/12
After receiving enough water to soak the seaweed stem in the bowl, soak it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 4/12
Taste it a little after 10 minutes, and if it's not salty enough, put it in a strainer and shake off the water. (If you squeeze the water out of the seaweed stem, it will become matte and lose moisture when stir-frying, so don't squeeze the water tightly because you put in a lot of oil.)
STEP 5/12
Shake off the water, put the seaweed fillet on the cutting board, and cut it into 3~4 pieces in a good length to eat.
STEP 6/12
Slice 70g of onion into 2 to 3mm thick pieces and prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 7/12
Put minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a frying pan and stir-fry them over medium heat until the garlic scent comes up.
STEP 8/12
When the garlic scent is savory, add seaweed stems and onions and stir-fry them for about 3 minutes under medium gas heat.
STEP 9/12
Seaweed soup is seasoned, but onions are not seasoned, so add a little salt, toss it, and turn off the gas stove. (You can add 1-2 pinches of salt.)
STEP 10/12
While turning off the gas stove, sprinkle pepper and toss.
STEP 11/12
Add 0.5 tablespoons of perilla oil to add flavor to the stir-fried seaweed stems and stir-fry.
STEP 12/12
Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds, the recipe for stir-fried seaweed stems is complete.
I think it's appropriate to put seaweed in about 10 minutes. You don't need to add a separate seasoning because the salted seaweed is soaked in water until the seasoning is right, but since there is no seasoning in the onion, you can add a little bit of salt and let the onion soak in the seasoning.
