    15g
  • lemon juice
    2~3TS
  • Honey
    6TS
  • plum extract
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Fresh basil and large jujube cherry tomatoes
STEP 2/10
Wash basil and drain.
STEP 3/10
Blanch the loam in boiling water.
STEP 4/10
Blanch the loam in boiling water.
STEP 5/10
Soak the blanched soil in ice water and peel it.
STEP 6/10
Put the prepared soil in a bowl and mix it with lemon syrup, honey, and plum syrup.
STEP 7/10
The amount of honey and plum extract isn't 1:1 like sugar. I added just enough;; Please refer to the above.
STEP 8/10
Add basil and toss lightly.
STEP 9/10
Put it in a sterilized bottle and pour plum extract into 2/3 of the bottle. After putting it in a bottle, I poured plum juice (or mixed with honey) into the cherry tomatoes about two-thirds. You don't have to fill it up because more moisture will come out of the soil.
STEP 10/10
Leave at room temperature for about a day and refrigerate.
