- Check the ingredients and prepare. - Chop 150g of garlic stems into one finger size and blanch them in hot water for about a minute.

Rinse the blanched garlic stems with cold water right away.

Place 3T of cooking oil in a heated frying pan.

Add all drained garlic stems. Stir-fry on high heat in a gas stove for about a minute.

Turn the stove down to low heat and add 1T of red pepper paste

I'll add 1T of red pepper powder

I'll add 1T of sugar

Lastly, add 1T of oyster sauce

Stir in the gas stove over medium heat to mix the sauce well, and it's done. Sprinkle sesame seeds at the end.
You have to lower the gas stove to low heat after putting in the sauce.
