STEP 1/7
How to take care of avocados After washing them in water, first cut them around the center with a knife. It doesn't matter if it's vertical or horizontal. Cut the middle to the comfortable side.
STEP 2/7
Hold the ends of the avocado and twist it slightly with your hand, and it splits in half like this way. Avocado that's slightly undermature!
STEP 3/7
The round seeds in the center are dabbed with a knife! Take it out. And peel it. The ripe avocado peel comes off easily by hand.
STEP 4/7
Chop the onion, tomato, and coriander into small pieces. If you use tomatoes, it's good to remove the tomato seeds.
STEP 5/7
It's a slightly undercooked avocado, so I ground it with a blender because I thought it wouldn't be crushed with a spoon. LOL You can mash avocados easily and comfortably using a blender.
STEP 6/7
Put chopped onions, cherry tomatoes and basil in a bowl and add crushed avocado with a blender.
STEP 7/7
Add 1 lemon juice, pepper, and a little salt and mix them evenly. Guacamole is done!
Guacamole is a Mexican dish made by mashing avocados, lime tomatoes, etc. You need cilantro to complete the proper Mexican dish Quacamole. Family members who are sensitive to scent don't like cori. I'm the only one who likes cilantro. If you can't eat cilantro, try making it with basil like me. If you eat crispy nachos with guacamole, it's perfect for a beer snack. I haven't been to Mexico, but if you put it in Guacamole's mouth, somewhere near Mexico! Enjoy Guacamole + Nacho Cool Beer and Guacamole Nacho on a hot summer night.
