Use carrots, broccoli, cabbage, and tomatoes boiled or blanched, and grind apples and bananas raw. For the detox juice recipe, we prepare 100g of ingredients in a 1:1 ratio, but I prepared plenty of vegetables. I cut the cabbage into the right size, soaked it in baking soda water, washed it, and soaked it in vinegar water again.

The recipe for detox juice is to boil carrots, broccoli, cabbage, and tomatoes together, but broccoli was steamed separately because it said that if boiled for more than 3 minutes, the sulfolapan ingredient would be destroyed

They say it's okay to steam it for 1 minute, but I put it in with tomatoes and steamed it for 3 minutes. After steaming for 3 minutes, take out the broccoli and steam the tomatoes a little more.

I boiled the carrot and cabbage with water. When it boils up, lower the heat and boil for 10 to 15 minutes

Take out the boiled carrots and cabbages and use them together when grinding in a blender without throwing away the boiled water

When the boiled vegetables cool down, grind them in a blender. I put in a ladle at a 1:1 ratio. A ladle of carrots and a ladle of cabbage.

Add one broccoli and one tomato.

Add vegetable water in moderation.

Grind it well with a blender. If you blend it gently, you'll get an orange detox juice.

Pack the remaining vegetables in small portions and store them in the freezer. It's convenient to take out a bag of apples and bananas and grind them.
