I cut the whole pork belly into thin slices to make it easy to eat. If it's sliced pork belly, please cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Chop garlic and ginger

Chop green onions and chives, please.

Put pork belly, onions, green onions, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

Please add all the sauce for stir-fried spicy pork.

Wear disposable plastic gloves and mix until the sauce is soaked.

Put it in a frying pan and stir-fry it on high heat.

Reduce heat to medium high, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

At the end, stir-fry it on high heat for 1-2 minutes and finish with chopped chives and sesame oil.
- It's better to marinate the meat and cook it, but stir-fry it right away when you don't have time. Instead, cover and stir-fry slowly over medium heat for a long time. - I like chives because they're fresh if you add color to them at the end.
