On March 3rd, Samgyeopsal Day, I think I shopped too much or the groom and son ate less, so I made kimchi jjim because it was a waste to freeze the precious raw meat. It's literally super simple... Get ready to be surprised and make it together.

Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    400~500g
  • Kimchi
    1/2ea
  • Rice water
  • Spicy galbi seasoning

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
You can put meat on top of kimchi to convey the oil and savory taste. You can cut it into pieces that are easy to eat, but if you like to tear it long, make it as it is.
STEP 2/4
I added green onions and garlic from the beginning. It's a good ingredient to put in as much as you can. Put green onions and garlic on top of kimchi and meat and pour only the rice water.
STEP 3/4
Add a spoonful of bulgogi seasoning. Then cover it for more than 30 minutes and cook it over medium heat when it starts to boil.
STEP 4/4
You can adjust the amount of soup by opening the lid to suit your taste. Since it's steamed, try to make it moderately so that it doesn't have much soup and not too little.
