Let's make a big decision and throw it away after finishing it!! That's why I bought fish cake with whale meat skewers. There were fish cakes and rice cake skewers in it, and the sauce was Katsuo soup sauce, which is a soup sauce, and soy sauce for dipping fish cakes and rice cakes. It is made by adding kimchi soup to the skewer fish cake soup and spicy fish cake soup with clear soup using only Katsuo soup sauce without using soy sauce. It is spicy fish cake soup with a good taste of the spicy soup of kimchi soup, not the traditional red pepper paste. I also added udon noodles and a bun hat ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Fish cake and rice cake skewers!! Put the Katsuo soup sauce on one side and kimchi soup on the other side. One is clear skewer fish cake soup, and the other is spicy skewer fish cake soup. Then, add one broth, minced garlic, and green onion.

Pour water and boil it.

When the two kinds of broth boil, add skewers and fish cake. And when it boils again, it boils gently over medium-low heat. <UNT_PHL> That way, the rich soup comes out and the fish cake tastes like the soup.

If the seasoning of the soup is sufficiently permeated into the rice cake and fish cake, add udon noodles to the clear fish cake soup and denominator to the spicy kimchi fish cake soup. Then, put it on high heat and bring it to a lot. Once the udon is cooked, it's done.

I completed two kinds of fish cake soup using skewer fish cake and skewer water rice cake. Usually, spicy fish cake soup tastes like tteokbokki soup with the basic seasoning of red pepper paste, but I made it because I thought the kimchi soup would be wasteful and taste much more savory. Kimchi soup was better than red pepper paste. It's neat and spicy and has a good flavor. It doesn't taste dry. ^^
