It's a 4:1 ratio of bottled water 4 and tsuyu 1. Please note that the ratio of mixing tsuyu and water varies depending on your personal taste!

Chop the chives in the buckwheat soba.

You can grind radish on a grater or if you don't have a grater, add some water and grind it to a blender. I used a blender. Squeeze the water out of the radish and make a circle.

Pour 1 liter of water into a pot and bring to a boil. When the water starts to boil, add buckwheat noodles and boil for 7 to 8 minutes while stirring so that the bubbles do not overflow.

Pour in a cup of cold water and turn off the heat when the water boils.

Pour the boiled buckwheat noodles into the strainer, drain the hot water, and rinse several times in cold water to drain starch. Drain on a strainer tray.

Place drained buckwheat noodles in a bowl and top with ice.

Pour in the soba broth and add the chives.
