Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Use a toothbrush to clean the abalone by rubbing it in running water.
STEP 2/12
Prepare onions by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/12
Grease a pot with cooking oil and stir-fry the onions until they turn transparent.
STEP 4/12
Add chili powder and stir-fry it to make chili oil.
STEP 5/12
Add salt, sugar, and oyster sauce in order.
STEP 6/12
Stir-fry the soft tofu stew so that the seasoning is mixed well.
STEP 7/12
Add a handful of assorted seafood.
STEP 8/12
Add the whole sliced abalone.
STEP 9/12
Pour in the bottled water.
STEP 10/12
Add 1 pack of soft tofu and 2 eggs.
STEP 11/12
The finishing touch is done with soy sauce.

When serving abalone soft tofu stew in a bowl, cut the abalone flesh from the abalone shell with a spoon, separate the abalone mouth and intestines, and cut them into bite-size pieces and put them on top of the soft tofu stew like garnish.
Abalone is known to be good for fever, diuretic action, and bladder inflammation and to be effective in restoring liver function.
