Seaweed bibimbap is one of the light and easy meals to eat. So it's a good diet food. Today, I made seaweed bibimbap with Jongwon Baek red pepper paste.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Dip salted seaweed in water for more than 10 minutes to remove the saltiness.
STEP 2/8
Put 1.5T of red pepper paste, 1T of vinegar, 0.5T of sugar, 0.5T of red pepper powder, 0.5t of minced garlic, and 0.5T of sesame oil in a bowl.

Mix Jongwon Baek red pepper paste well.
STEP 4/8
Please prepare a soft-boiled egg.

Wash the deflated seaweed in running water.
STEP 6/8
Place rice in a bowl and top with all washed seaweed. And a generous spoonful of Jongwon Baek red pepper paste, please.
