Cooking Steps

STEP 2/11
Chop the garlic, chop the green onion, and chop the spam into 1cm pieces. Cut kimchi into small pieces and prepare frozen peas by rinsing once and squeezing the water lightly.
STEP 3/11
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a royal pan over medium heat, add garlic and green onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes to flavor. Add spam and stir-fry until the spam turns golden.

Add kimchi, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes to make the kimchi feel drowsy. If you add sugar, you can neutralize the sour taste of sour kimchi.
STEP 5/11
Add onions and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.
STEP 6/11
Add 3 bowls of cold rice and peas and mix well.
STEP 7/11
Stir-fry it on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and press the rice for 2 minutes.
STEP 9/11
Put it back in and leave it for 2 minutes. Repeat 5 or 6 times to make every grain of rice golden and taste like fire.

Turn off the heat, sprinkle pepper, and mix it together.
