Chop the onion into small pieces.

Tear the crami into small pieces by hand.

Add 2 spoons of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of mustard and 1/3 spoon of wasabi and mix.

Add the rice and the condiments in the fried tofu rice balls and mix.
STEP 5/5
Spread the fried tofu and add a bit of rice and put the creamy on top.
Add 1/2 spoon if you want to feel more of the pungent taste of wasabi.
