Add dried pollack water and broth and boil it over high heat. When it starts to boil, add 1 tablespoon of garlic You can add garlic as you stir-fry seaweed and dried pollack, but I added garlic while boiling When you boil it with dried pollack, the soup is cool and delicious without the broth

Pour the broth and add the soy sauce and tuna liquid as it boils. I'm using the tuna liquid If there's no tuna liquid, you can season it with soy sauce and salt

Seaweed soup is delicious and refreshing. It's done I was going to add perilla powder, but I forgot The soup is good, but the soft seaweed and dried pollack taste good, so it's filling after a bowl of ingredients in a limited bowl
