Cut the green onions vertically and cut them 3cm apart.

Chop up the carrots.

Please shred the cabbage.

Please shred the onion.

Mix seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Bring water to a boil in a pot and bring the buckwheat noodles to a boil for 4-5 minutes. If it's cold noodles, boil it for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Rinse starch with cooked buckwheat noodles in cold water.

Place cooking oil in pan and scramble eggs and remove to one side.

Stir-fry the vegetables and shrimp in the pan again. Add minced garlic, please.

If the vegetables are dead, stir-fry the boiled buckwheat noodles and seasonings together.

Add the scrambled eggs and mix them.

Lastly, if you add sesame oil, it's done.
If you boil buckwheat noodles too much, the noodles will spread, so please refer to the back of the bag when you boil them.
