How to make Okratobap
It was so nice to meet an old lady who sells okra at the market by chance. I could only get it on the Internet to get Okra, but it was a great item to be able to buy it in the market. Okra looks like a pepper and a bean pod, but it's crunchy and lighter than a pepper, and if you cut it, it's star-shaped, so it's pretty if you cook it. Above all, when cooked, the texture is soft and there is mucin called mucin that can be felt in natto or yam, which has the same effect as yam. But it's not mixed with rice and it's not empty in the sauce, so even those who don't like the slippery texture can eat it without any burden. I cooked and ate the okra that I had a hard time getting, and I wanted to eat hot pot rice, so I searched through various ingredients considering the tots and nutrients that I had frozen in the freezer. I added okra, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, and beef and made a pot of rice. I can feel the rich taste of various ingredients mixed together. If you mix it with the sauce, it's savory and delicious.

Cooking Steps

Wash the rice and barley, adjust the water, and soak it for about 30 minutes. Adjust the amount of water before adding the ingredients. It's hard to estimate the water after adding the ingredients. Add blanched tomatoes and vegetables.

If there's a pot rice sauce, put it in and if there's no sauce, skip it. It's a hot pot rice sauce that I bought during my trip in Japan, and if you put it in, it tastes much deeper and more savory. Add 2 spoons of perilla oil, please.
