Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Divide only the leaves of the lucola in half.
STEP 2/6
I used 10 cherry tomatoes and cut them in half to make them easy to eat.
STEP 3/6
Place lucola, cherry tomatoes and burrata cheese on a plate.
STEP 4/6
I added blueberries. You can put in as much as you want.
STEP 5/6
Mix 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1 spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar and honey.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle the sauce and dab salt and pepper on it.
