Making a healthy glass of broccoli cabbage juice
These days, I replace my meal with a light vegetable juice every evening. Since it's summer, it's hot and I don't have an appetite, so I look for something light. So today, I'm going to make broccoli cabbage juice.

Next, prepare the broccoli to make it easier to grind. It's easy if you pick it with your hands because of the shape.

Soak the picked broccoli in the water with the Korean ladle for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, wash the broccoli in clean water 3-4 times.

Blanch the clean broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute.

Then soak it in cold water right away to cool it down. And drain and prepare. The ingredients are ready.

I'll officially start making it. You can use both juicer and blender. I used a juicer to juice the broccoli and cabbage first. If you use a blender, you can put all the ingredients you prepared and grind them finely. If it is too stiff, add a demand route or water.
