STEP 1/10
Peel the potatoes and rinse them clean under running water.
STEP 2/10
At first, I prepared 7 potatoes, but when I peeled it, I threw away 1 potato because it was rotten, and I prepared 6 potatoes.
STEP 3/10
Put 800ml of water and 0.6 tablespoons of thick salt in a bowl.
STEP 4/10
Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
STEP 5/10
Stir with a spoon to dissolve sugar and salt.
STEP 6/10
Put 6 potatoes in a pot, pour salt, sugar and dissolved water, and place over high heat.
STEP 7/10
Boil the potatoes on high heat and when the water boils up, cover the pot and boil them on medium or medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. (If you want to eat potatoes that melt gently, you can increase the time to boil potatoes.)
STEP 8/10
If the potatoes overflow while boiling, boil them with the lid slightly open.
STEP 9/10
After a little over 20 minutes, I opened the lid and poked the potato with the chopsticks, and when the chopsticks go in smoothly, turn off the gas stove, and the potato boiling time is deliciously done.
STEP 10/10
While boiling the potatoes, I threw away the remaining water and blew away the moisture of the boiled potatoes over very low heat for about a minute. (You can skip this method.)
The time to boil potatoes may vary depending on the size, so poke potatoes with chopsticks when it takes about 20 minutes and boil them until they go in smoothly
When you poke a potato with chopsticks, if the chopsticks get a little dry, the inside of the potato is undercooked, so please boil it a little longer
