Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I prepared 6 pieces of chicken.Remove the bones from the chicken. There's quite a lot of chicken after bone removal.
And I cut it into small pieces using scissors.

I prepared 12 perilla leaves and 3 cheongyang peppers, chopped the peppers and chopped the perilla leaves

Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a heated pan and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
