How to make super simple natto eggplant over rice
I like eggplants, so everything tastes good, but today, I saw the eggplants I bought, so I hurriedly made stir-fried eggplants for about 10 minutes while Dotty was coming home. I put the front leg meat in the refrigerator, and I was able to make it quickly by adding mapa sauce and oyster sauce. It was a quick dish, but the sauce was so good. If I have eggplants and pork, I'll have to make it on the wall. It goes well with natto and it's healthy ingredients, so it's not irritating and has a savory taste. I like to cook the eggplants well, but I don't like the soft texture, so I stir-fried them slightly undercooked and a bit crunchy. There's a good thing that it doesn't make water if it's cooked a little less. I think you can choose how much you want to cook. It was a delicious and hearty dinner with 2 eggplants.^^
