Making glutinous rice flour injeolmi/black sesame rice cake/blac
Today, I made rice flour injeolmi myself at home after a long time. You can make rice cakes very easily with glutinous rice flour and a microwave.

  • glutinous rice flour
    175g
  • Water
    175ml
  • Sugar
    2T
  • Salt
    1t
  • bean powder
    3T
  • Sugar

  • black sesame
    3T
  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Put 175g of glutinous rice flour in a microwave-safe bowl and mix well with 2T of sugar and 1t of salt.
STEP 2/11
Now you have to make the dough, add 175g of hot water little by little.
STEP 3/11
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. You have to cover it well so that the wrap doesn't come off.
STEP 4/11
Put black sesame medicine T in a blender and grind finely.
STEP 5/11
Remove the rice cake from the microwave for 2 minutes and knead it a few more times. Then, wrap it tightly again and microwave it for another 2 minutes.
STEP 6/11
Prepare black sesame powder with 1/3T of sugar.
STEP 7/11
Remove half of the glutinous rice flour injeolmi and place it on top of the black sesame garnish to make it look flat and coat it with garnish.
STEP 8/11
Please cut the black sesame injeolmi into bite-size pieces.
STEP 9/11
Mix 1/3T of sugar in 2T of roasted soybean flour.
STEP 10/11
Put the rest of the sticky rice flour injeolmi and coat it with garnish while shaping it. And cut it into bite-size pieces.

The savory and delicious glutinous rice flour injeolmi and black sesame injeolmi are complete.
