I don't like the skin of cucumbers, so peel them and cut the flesh with fillers.

Please cut it thinly and long. I was worried that the cucumber would be cut while I was nervous. It didn't cut as much as I thought and the noodle strands came out..

Add half a teaspoon of salt to the cucumber and marinate it for 10 minutes. I don't want to season it with salt, but I'm trying to deal with it with cucumber liver.

Blanch tofu in boiling water for 20 seconds

Add slightly blanched tofu, a pack of soy milk (190ml), and 10 almonds and grind them finely with a blender

Place finely ground bean soup in freezer for 10 minutes to taste cool. You can put ice in it, but the ice melted and the bean soup got bitten, so I put it in the freezer

There's a lot of water on the cucumber that's been pickled for 10 minutes, right? Squeeze the cucumber tightly. If it's a bit salty, don't rinse it and you don't have to season it separately.
STEP 8/8
If you take out the bean soup in the freezer and put in cucumber noodles, the diet dish, cucumber bean noodles, is completed.
Cucumbers look more like noodles because they come out of the noodles without cutting them. There is no fishy taste of beans with soy milk. Add tofu and grind it to make it more dense.
