STEP 1/4
Cut tomatoes into 8 pieces. Mix 1/2t of bamboo salt and 3t of allulose in 8 pieces.
STEP 2/4
Prepare vegetables >> Slice chives 4cm long and onions 2mm thick. Chives and onions will give you a cool taste.
STEP 3/4
Make Kimchi Seasoning >> Add red pepper powder 3T, sand lance extract 1T, plum extract 1T, minced garlic and green onion and mix. It's okay if the tomatoes are dry because they're too watery.
STEP 4/4
Strain the pickled tomatoes through a sieve and mix with vegetables and seasonings. I added 1t of allulose to give it a gloss while mixing. Allulose is safer for sugar intake than sugar, so it is used as a sweetening ingredient.
When I measured the salinity with a salinity meter, it was almost the lowest salinity at 0.3 to 0.4. It's a low-salt, low-sugar recipe, so it's recommended for those who control diet, blood sugar, and diet.
