STEP 1/14
Prepare 2 eggs and 4 frozen shrimp.(After thawing the frozen shrimp, put it in a strainer and rinse it lightly under running water.)
STEP 2/14
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them with a spoon.
STEP 3/14
Strain the egg mixture through a strainer to make a soft steamed egg. (Because the egg has a string, stir with a spoon to remove the string.)
STEP 4/14
Pour 300ml of water into the egg mixture after removing the string.
STEP 5/14
Add 1 tablespoon of tuna liquid.(The type of sauce doesn't matter.)
STEP 6/14
Add a little bit of salt.
STEP 7/14
Stir the salt in the egg water to dissolve well.
STEP 8/14
There is a lot of water in the egg water, so we divided the egg water into two places, so if you want to cook it and microwave it.
STEP 9/14
After wiping the plastic wrap in the bowl, make a hole with chopsticks.
STEP 10/14
Put the steamed egg mixture in the microwave and heat it for about 3 minutes.
STEP 11/14
After 3 minutes, take it out of the microwave and put the defrosted shrimp on top and cover it with plastic wrap again.
STEP 12/14
Put it in the microwave for 2 more minutes and heat it for an additional 2 minutes.
STEP 13/14
Two minutes later, when you take the steamed egg out of the microwave, the shrimp turns red.
STEP 14/14
Lastly, if you sprinkle a little bit of parsley powder, the recipe for steamed eggs in the microwave is complete.
Frozen shrimp basically has a salty taste, so if you defrost it at room temperature, the salty taste remains, so if you defrost it in water, the salty taste decreases.
When seasoning steamed eggs, add tsuyu if there is one.
