-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it. -Clean the cabbage and cut it into long pieces.

Pour 1T of cooking oil into a heated frying pan.

Add 1T of minced garlic and stir-fry on high heat for 20 to 30 seconds.

Add all the chopped cabbages.

Sprinkle about 0.3T each with salt and pepper.

I'll put in 1T of soy sauce.

Add 1T of cooking wine, please.

Add 1T of oyster sauce.

Stir-fry it quickly over high heat for about 30 seconds.

Turn on the stove and add 1T of sesame oil.

Lastly, add 1T of sesame seeds and finish it off.
- Cook quickly over high heat in the gas stove.
It's very delicious even if you put it on top of the rice and mix it.
