STEP 1/15
First, add 4 spoons of thick soy sauce to 2L water and boil over high heat.
STEP 2/15
When the water boils, add 100g of spaghetti noodles and boil over high heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
STEP 3/15
While the spaghetti noodles are boiling, prepare a 200g can of spam and cut them in half. (Only use half per serving.)
STEP 4/15
Mash 100g of spam in a plastic bag.
STEP 5/15
Return 2 wheels of cooking oil to a preheated pan over medium heat and stir-fry mashed spam.
STEP 6/15
Bake until the spam is golden brown. You have to stir-fry it as hard as possible to remove the smell of ham and make it savory.
STEP 7/15
Chop 1/2 onion.
STEP 8/15
If the spam is well fried, add chopped onion and 1 spoon of minced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 9/15
Reduce heat to low, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stirring to coat surface evenly.
STEP 10/15
After frying, put the ingredients aside, add 2 spoons of soy sauce to the edge of the pan, boil and mix over medium heat.
STEP 11/15
Remove from gas heat and add 4 spoons of tomato ketchup.
STEP 13/15
Add all the well-boiled spaghetti noodles, add 1 cup (200ml) of noodle water and stir-fry while mixing well.
STEP 14/15
Finally, add 1 spoon of vinegar and 1 spoon of ketchup and mix well.
STEP 15/15
Put it in the bowl you want and grind a lot of pepper to make the final spam pasta!! I sprayed parsley for the color.
