  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Eggs

  • glutinous rice flour

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop 2 to 3 potatoes and 1 zucchini very thinly Add 1/3 tablespoon of shredded potatoes and zucchini salt and marinate for 10 minutes
STEP 2/4
Squeeze the water out of the potatoes and zucchini and knead it with 1 piece of Cheongyang red pepper, 2 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour and 2 tablespoons of eggs
STEP 3/4
Place 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and bake until golden brown
STEP 4/4
