Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut 5-6 pieces of fish cake into thin slices. Actually, the shape of the fish cake doesn't really matter, but our house cuts it into long pieces like noodles.
STEP 2/10
Put 300ml of broth in a pot.
STEP 3/10
Put 2T of pepper powder in the broth
STEP 4/10
Add 1T of red pepper paste
STEP 5/10
Add 1T of sugar
STEP 6/10
Add 1T of oligosaccharide.
STEP 7/10
Lastly, add 3T of thick soy sauce and season well.
STEP 8/10
And wait for the sauce to boil
STEP 9/10
When it boils up, add the sliced fish cake and bring it to a boil. Heat is medium high and simmer until the seasoning is boiled down. Fish cake absorbs the seasoning and shrinks quickly.
STEP 10/10
When the sauce is cut on the fish cake and moistened, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds. It's good as a side dish. It's even better if you eat it with gimbap or fried seaweed rolls^^
