Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 1 tbsp sesame, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp red pepper paste, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp minced Cheongyang red pepper and mix well.
STEP 2/7
Shred lettuce, carrots, and onions.
STEP 3/7
Sieve tuna to drain the oil.
STEP 4/7
Place shredded carrots, lettuce, and onions on top of warm rice.
STEP 5/7
Place the drained tuna and seaweed flakes on top.
STEP 6/7
Place a fried egg in the middle.
