STEP 1/9
-Please check the ingredients above and prepare it.
-If you have a long yellow pollack, cut it into appropriate lengths with scissors.
STEP 2/9
Put all 40g of dried pollack in a disposable plastic bag.
STEP 3/9
1T of sugar goes in.
STEP 4/9
Add about half a T of salt.
STEP 5/9
If it has sugar and salt in it, shake it once.
STEP 6/9
Add about 3T of olive oil.
STEP 7/9
Sprinkle with olive oil evenly and mix well by hand.
STEP 8/9
Spread over the air fryer.
STEP 9/9
Turn the air fryer 160 degrees for 5 minutes first, then rummage for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Time may vary depending on air fryer performance. It's done when the dried pollack is crispy. It's very delicious without any sauce.
