Cooking Steps

Rinse chicken two or three times in water.

Pour the leftover beer into the chicken and marinate it for about 10 minutes to remove the smell. If you don't have beer, sprinkle 3-4 spoons of cooking wine or soju. Rinse chicken in water and drain through a sieve.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick pieces about the thickness of your fingers.
