STEP 1/9
Cut the bottom of the oyster mushroom and prepare it separately.

Slice onions and carrots into similar lengths and about 3mm thick pieces.

Cut the minced garlic 0.6 tablespoon and chives into 1 to 1.5cm long pieces.

Put 3.5 tablespoons of oyster mushroom, carrot, onion, and grape seed oil in a frying pan.

Stir-fry mushrooms over medium heat over gas heat for about 3 minutes until they die.

When oyster mushroom is dead, add 0.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce.

Add about 0.15 tbsp salt and stir-fry while stir-frying. (After stir-frying, if it feels bland, add salt and stir-fry.)

Once seasoned, stir-fry oyster mushroom, add minced garlic and chives, stir-fry until garlic is cooked, and turn off the gas stove.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and you're done making stir-fried oyster mushrooms.
When you season the mushrooms after they are out of breath, the seasoning will be evenly.
