How to make stir-fried squid (spicy frozen squid)
The recipe for stir-fried squid that I cooked this time is made of spicy and spicy stir-fried squid and vegetables with leftover kkari peppers. You can prepare the vegetables that go into stir-fried squid as much as you want. (Big drink: It's based on a rice spoon.)

Cooking Steps

Remove the top of the pepper and wash it in water.

If the length of the washed kkari peppers is long, cut them in half, prepare the short kkari peppers as they are, and cut the green onions into about 2cm long washed in water.

Slice carrots thickly to about 4-5mm thick, shred onions to about 3mm thick to about the same length as carrots, and prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

After thawing the frozen squid, sprinkle about 0.5 tablespoons of thick salt, mix it with your hands, and wash it in water.

Make cuts on the cleaned squid.(If you cut the squid, it looks pretty after stir-frying, so you can make it as much as you want.)

Cut the cut squid's body into about 1cm thick pieces, and cut the legs into half pieces.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 0.5 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and mix them evenly.

In a frying pan, add green onions, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoon of grape seed oil and stir-fry until the garlic turns a little yellowish under medium heat.

When the garlic is golden brown, add the squid and stir-fry until the squid turns white.

When the squid has turned white, add the stir-fried squid sauce and stir-fry the squid so that the color of the sauce is evenly soaked.

Add pepper, carrot, and onion, stir-fry quickly over medium heat until vegetables are crispy, and then turn off the gas heat.

If it is bland after tasting it, add dark soy sauce, and add oligosaccharide for sweetness and stir-fry quickly over a gas fire.
