Remove the top of the pepper and wash it in water.

If the length of the washed kkari peppers is long, cut them in half, prepare the short kkari peppers as they are, and cut the green onions into about 2cm long washed in water.

If you stir-fry squid for a long time, it can get tough, so stir-fry it quickly.
Don't stir-fry other seafood for a long time other than squid because it will get tough.
