  • Garlic

  • Seasoned soy sauce
    2.5spoon
  • Steak sauce
    1spoon
  • Pork cutlet sauce
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    2spoon
  • Oyster sauce
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Grill pork belly on medium heat
STEP 2/6
Cook only half, take it out and cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/6
Grill pork belly and stir-fry garlic on low heat
STEP 4/6
After the garlic is cooked, turn off the heat and add all the seasoning ingredients (excluding sesame oil)

Stir-fry it over medium heat
