Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare pork by removing blood with paper towels and cutting green onions.
STEP 2/5
Add the pear, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, pork, pepper, green onion, and garlic and season for more than 30 minutes.

Pour cooking oil twice in a pan and grill pork over high heat.(Not flipped)
