Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Mix the beef in the prepared seasoning and let it ripen for about 30 minutes. (Use 200g out of 600g of bulgogi.)
STEP 2/8
Add 100g of carrots, 1 onion, 100g of oyster mushrooms, and 50g of green onions to the seasoned beef bulgogi. There's no fixed amount, but put in as much as you like.
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry it on medium heat.
STEP 4/8
Vegetables also produce moisture, meat is cooked, and gravy is produced.
STEP 5/8
When the meat is done, add the rice.
STEP 6/8
Add rice and stir-fry all the ingredients evenly.
STEP 7/8
Put about 75g of cheese per person on top of the finished rice and melt it in an oven, air fryer, or microwave.
STEP 8/8
Enjoy mixing it with cheese.
I put cheese on it and baked it again in the oven, and made bulgogi cheese fried rice. Cheese and bulgogi go well together more than I thought.
