Ingredients
  • Young squash
    1ea
  • water parsley
    1/2pack
  • pan frying powder
    6spoon
  • Salt
    4little
  • Cooking oil
    5spoon
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    4ea
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    2spoon
  • Water
    100ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
After washing the water parsley half, cut it into pieces and prepare it.
STEP 2/7
Shred the zucchini.
STEP 3/7
Put water parsley and zucchini in a bowl and season with 4 pinch of salt.
STEP 4/7
Add 6T of the pancake mix and mix.
STEP 5/7
Put 2T of sugar, 2T of soy sauce, 100ml of water, and 4 cheongyang peppers in a pan and boil them to make the sauce.
STEP 6/7
Cover the pan with enough cooking oil 5 times, spread the dough, and cook until golden brown.
STEP 7/7
I dip it in soy sauce.
The most important thing when you fry it is when you flip it. It's time to turn the dough upside down as soon as it gets tangled. And when I put enough oil on it, the edges are crispy like fried in oil.
