Scoop both sides of the herring and prepare it as boneless.

Take both sides of the cloth and put the herring with four lumps of boneless meat in a pan, add two cups of tsuyu, four cups of water, and one ton of ginger powder, and boil it down over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. If there is not enough water in the middle, there is no problem if you add a little and boil it down.

Put rice in a bowl of rice and finish by putting well-boiled herring, green onion, wasabi, and herb ginger on top.

Basically, it is recommended to crush and sprinkle sesame seeds because the combination of greasy and savory herring and savory sesame seeds is good.
Tzuyu used Mizukan Tzuyu, but no other Tzuyu is a problem. It just uses the taste of a large company, so even if you make it with recipes such as Butadong, Oyako-dong, and Katsu-dong, the taste is guaranteed!!
