Making buldak mayo sauce. Seojin's buldak mayo sauce
I made it after watching tvN's "Seojin's" program that shows the process of opening a snack shop and operating a store in Byeonalar, Mexico. It's good because you can make a special taste with simple ingredients

Please add 1T of oligosaccharide. If you want more spicy taste after tasting it, please add more buldak sauce.
STEP 11/11
I fried fish gas and ate it with it. The spicy version of the tartar sauce is savory and goes well with it.
You can use it for a variety of dishes if you just control the amount of buldak sauce. It's good as a dried pollack sauce and it's delicious even if you dip it in gimbap.
