I started eating baby food at an early age of 11 months due to the refusal of baby food. It is a dish created by using cucumbers sold on the market to make it easy for children to eat with their small hands and to let them know the cool and savory taste. It's a great summer side dish and it's a side dish that kids eat so well

Ingredients
  • Cucumber
    1ea
  • a thick salt
    1/2t
  • baby salt
    1/2t
  • Sesame oil
    1/2t
  • crushed garlic
    1/2t
  • Sesame
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Sprinkle half a tsp of salt on the cucumber surface and rub it with water
Please wash it thoroughly

Cut the clean cucumber in half with a knife

Scoop out the cucumber filling with a small spoon I enjoyed the cucumber filling. You can give it to your skin^^

Cut the cucumber into 6 pieces lengthwise and cut it into bite-sized pieces

Add a small half tsp of baby salt (or regular salt) to the cut cucumber, mix well, soak for 15 minutes, remove the water and prepare.

Grind 1 tsp sesame seeds in a mortar while the cucumber is salted (if you have sesame salt, add it)
STEP 7/7
Add half a tsp of minced garlic to salted cucumber, half a tsp of sesame oil, crushed sesame seeds in mortar and mix with cucumber
Cucumber is most delicious when you make it right away because it has a lot of water. When making baby cucumber salad, please eat it within 3 days as much as possible ^^
