I prepared ingredients for stir-fried tomato ramen. I washed the cherry tomatoes and onions clean.

2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (tabasco), 2 tablespoon of plum syrup, 2 tablespoon of cooking wine, and pepper, and stir it well to make the sauce.

Slice the sausage sideways, shred the onion, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Put 1L of water in a pot over high heat and boil it for 2 minutes. I'm going to stir-fry it, so boil it until it's hard.

Turn the heat to high and stir-fry the boiled ramen for 30 seconds.

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle the parsley powder. It's a sweet and salty ramen stir-fry. It's refreshing with cherry tomatoes. You can cook without chili peppers for children.
If you add tomatoes to stir-fried ramen, it's more delicious because it adds freshness.
