Making tomato bean sprouts pretata - cherry tomato dish
Operation to feed bean sprouts to my daughter who doesn't like bean sprouts! My daughter loves egg dishes, so I made a pretata with a lot of cherry tomatoes and bean sprouts. Soft pretata with fresh tomatoes and crunchy bean sprouts! My daughter loved it and ate it well. It's very good for breakfast or brunch.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
I prepared ingredients to make tomato bean sprouts pretata. After defrosting the frozen shrimp, wash it in water once. I also washed the bean sprouts and cherry tomatoes clean.
STEP 2/17
Cut cherry tomatoes twice.
STEP 3/17
Cut the bean sprouts into 2 centimeters long.
STEP 4/17
Cut the perilla leaves in half and cut them into 0.7cm wide pieces.
STEP 5/17
I prepared 4 eggs, 100ml of milk, 100g of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper.
STEP 6/17
Step 5 Put the ingredients and eggs in a bowl.
STEP 7/17
Step 6. Mix well.
STEP 8/17
Let's make the pretata deliciously since it's ready.
STEP 9/17
Melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.
STEP 10/17
Add shrimp and stir-fry it for a minute.
STEP 11/17
Add cherry tomatoes.
STEP 12/17
Please stir-fry it for 30 seconds.
STEP 13/17
Step 7. Pour in the egg mixture.
STEP 14/17
Add cheddar cheese, perilla leaves and bean sprouts.
STEP 15/17
Turn the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes with the lid closed. You have to cook it on low heat so that the eggs don't burn.
STEP 16/17
Tomato bean sprout pretata is done.
STEP 17/17
It is a pretata with a fragrant perilla leaf scent and a harmonious, soft and savory egg taste with chewy shrimp, crunchy bean sprouts, and fresh tomatoes. She caught the taste buds of her picky eater daughter.
Tomato bean sprout pretata should be grilled on low heat as much as possible to avoid burning.
