STEP 1/10
Please chop the vegetables for fried rice into small pieces.
STEP 2/10
Grease the pan and release the green onion oil.
STEP 3/10
When green onions are fried in oil and green onion oil, add other vegetables that you cut. Stir-fry over medium heat so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 4/10
When the vegetables are all fried, add rice and mix well.
STEP 5/10
When the fried rice is complete, place it in a bowl like a rice bowl and pour it out on a plate.
STEP 6/10
One whirlwind egg (so one serving) is made, and a total of three eggs are included. Break 3 eggs and mix well. Strain the egg water through a sieve to make whirlwind eggs better.
STEP 7/10
Grease the pan with the sifted egg mixture and pour it in. When bubbles come up, use chopsticks to drive the eggs from the 6 o'clock & 12 o'clock direction to the center. And pause while the egg mixture is cooked. When the egg water flows out and it's cooked, turn the chopsticks again and make a whirlwind egg. If you look from the side, you can see the rising egg water.
STEP 8/10
Put the egg on the fried rice that I made just now.
STEP 9/10
I added 0.5T of brown sugar + 3T of pork cutlet sauce + 2T of ketchup + 2T of dark soy sauce + 150ml of water. Mix evenly and bring to a boil.
STEP 10/10
Pour the finished sauce next to the egg when it is warm.
If there is only one kind of kimchi, I strongly recommend lunch or dinner as a bowl of food that doesn't need any other side dishes.
