Cooking Steps

Wash glutinous rice in advance and soak it for about an hour.

Wash and trim the chicken clean.
STEP 3/6
Pour glutinous rice into my pot and put chicken, medicinal herbs, garlic and green onions on it.

Pour enough water to cover the chicken.
STEP 5/6
Set it to nurungji mode and press cooking.
STEP 6/6
Put the chicken on the plate first, turn the pot upside down, and put the nurungji on the chicken.
When you make nurungji samgyetang, the most important thing is the amount of water. If you put too much, the water will come out of the rice cooker, so just put it in enough to cover the chicken.
