Cooking Steps

Shred the cucumber.

Chop kimchi into small pieces.

Add the ingredients for kimchi seasoning,

Mix them together.

Put all the rest of the seasoning ingredients in the cold noodle broth and mix them well and put them in the freezer for a while to make thin ice.

Boil the noodles. Wash the noodles in cold water and drain

Put boiled noodles, kimchi, and cucumbers in a bowl,

Pour chilled broth in the freezer.
Adjust the amount of vinegar or sugar according to the sourness of kimchi, and make sure to use dongchimi broth instead of meat broth.
