Beef for bulgogi removes blood with a kitchen towel. Spread out and season with salt.

Please sprinkle pepper, too.

Remove the bottom of the enoki mushroom, wash it lightly in running water, and tear it long.

Spread beef for bulgogi, place enoki mushrooms on top of it and roll.
STEP 5/7
Put it on a steamer and steam it for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6/7
When it's all steamed, put it in a bowl.
STEP 7/7
Make sauce (2T soy sauce, 1T cooking wine, 0.5T wasabi). Then it's done.
If you don't have a steamer, you can cook it in a frying pan with a little cooking oil.
