Cut the whelk into bite-size pieces and cut the cheongyang peppers sideways. Cut the onion into squares and slice the garlic.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry garlic.

When the onions are half cooked, stir-fry them with whelks.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and cook.

Finish by adding Cheongyang red pepper.

Put the stir-fried whelk in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Stir-fry a little bit of Cheongyang red pepper.
