Rice Paper Cooking Oh Yoon-ah Tofu Dumpling Tofu Diet Cooking
I made tofu dumplings with the recipe of "Pyeon-STO" and "Oh Yoon-A Tofu Rice Dumpling." Rice paper is used instead of dumpling skin, so the chewy texture is better, and tofu and vegetables are added, so it's great as a diet dish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Rinse the tofu in water and drain it, and wipe it with a kitchen towel to remove the moisture
STEP 2/17
Season with salt and pepper, then mash the tofu well. Leave it as it is for a while and trim the other vegetables.
STEP 3/17
Oh Yoon-ah's tofu rice dumpling recipe has carrots in it, and I thought there were carrots, but they fell off. I had no choice but to replace it with the red cabbage in the refrigerator.
STEP 4/17
Slice zucchini thinly and long.
STEP 5/17
You can tear the enoki mushrooms into strands. Slice the cabbage and red cabbage into thin slices. If you prepared carrots, chop them into thin slices like zucchini
STEP 6/17
Add salt, pepper, and milk to 2 eggs and mix well. I skipped milk.
STEP 7/17
Stir-fry all the crushed tofu in a pan. Stir well, loosen it so that it doesn't clump and blow away all the moisture. The moist tofu is like a grain of rice because it's soft.
STEP 8/17
And scrambled eggs,
STEP 9/17
Stir-fry 1T of salt, pepper, and oyster sauce in cabbage. I put in fish sauce instead of oyster sauce. I added fish sauce to make it a little light, but when I made it, I thought it would be better to add oyster sauce.
STEP 10/17
Stir-fry zucchini, carrot, and enoki mushrooms with salt and pepper.
STEP 11/17
Put rice paper in warm water and spread it (I put it on the floor, but it's transparent so I can't see it well~) Put the stir-fried tofu and scrambled eggs.
STEP 12/17
Add ingredients such as zucchini, mushrooms, red cabbage, carrots, etc. little by little.
STEP 13/17
If you wrap it well, tofu rice dumplings are done. You can see the purple of the red building,
STEP 14/17
If you flip it over, you can see the green zucchini. I think it will be a pretty dumpling with various colors and vegetables. You can use various ingredients, so make it with your favorite vegetables~~
STEP 15/17
Oh Yoon! Tofu rice dumplings are done. It's better to make a sauce for tofu rice dumplings. You can mix the ingredients of the recipe, and it tastes better if you dip it in spicy soy sauce.
STEP 16/17
It has a light taste with tofu and eggs, and the texture of vegetables is also good. Not to mention the chewy texture of rice paper
STEP 17/17
Oh Yoon-ah, who is great for tofu diet, make delicious tofu rice dumplings.
