STEP 1/10
Wash the trimmed chicken clean, cut the tip of the chicken wings if necessary, and cut the oily part of the tail. Since intestines cause miscellaneous smell, you should remove the intestines attached between the bones in your stomach.
STEP 2/10
Put the cleanly washed chicken in a pressure cooker, add 2 roots of green onions, 10-15 garlics, and 1 ton of ginger. Garlic tastes good if you put in a lot. If you put in the wrong side of ginger, the ginger scent or taste is too strong, so you don't have to put it in if you think it's ambiguous
STEP 3/10
I added a big onion and 6 to 7 jujube Fill 80% of the pressure cooker with water. All you have to do is boil it I boiled it over high heat and boiled it for another 10 minutes over medium heat. It's okay to boil over medium heat for less than 5 minutes.
STEP 4/10
While cooking chicken soup, cook rice with pre-soaked glutinous rice. You can put it in when you cook the boiled chicken together, but I made rice separately.
STEP 5/10
The chicken is well cooked. It's a little mushy and the chicken bones are automatically dislodged, but it's perfect to make and eat :) If you want to grab the chicken leg and rip it off properly, you can reduce the time to boil it.
STEP 6/10
Take out a well-cooked chicken and put it in a bowl,
STEP 7/10
Boil a rice paddle in the chicken broth.
STEP 8/10
Cut the chicken flesh and put it in together. Season it with salt.
STEP 9/10
The lean meat is gently torn and loosened, making it a good condition to eat with chicken porridge. It's soft, so it's very easy to eat.
STEP 10/10
The pressure cooker chicken soup is complete where you can enjoy chicken and chicken porridge. Boil it deliciously.
